WoTOni Update 8/6/2019:
Hard Drive replacement was a success! The server restored its data and appears to be working and happy. Question still remains, for how long.
We are still needing to replace the server. We have outgrown it and are maxing out most of its resources. We have trimmed the fat as you would say to allow for some breathing room, but we are still out of resources.
Since my last post, we have had 2 more donations. We are now totaling $350.00.
Here is the list of the people that have donated. I have ordered the list with the largest donations on top and the smallest on the bottom. I see it fit that the larger donations get recognized on the top. I will not give how much each of you have donated as that information is privileged.
Thank you to the following people:
Mark Eaton Sr.
Sam A.
Anthony G.
Kenneth R.
Shane O.
Mark D.
Jan O.
If you haven’t donated and would like to; here is how you can donate:
Option 1: Go to https://wotoni.com and click the Donate button at the top of the page
Option 2: Go to https://www.paypal.me/wotoni and you can donate from there.
Thanks again for your support and understanding. I know I haven’t played as much as I would like to, but I do enjoy keeping things running for the community. I do want to get a comprehensive map database online for WoT and be able to have them on the WoTOni game servers for you all to enjoy. These are my hopes for the future. If things pan out the way I am hoping they will, the full database will be able to be built after we get a new server in place. There will be another classic game that the folks of ONI had played back in the day as well. More information on that to come.
I know this has been a long post, so I think I will call it here.
Please keep those donations coming! We do greatly appreciate them and it will all go towards a new server.
Thank you all! I will be keeping you all up to date on the server status.
